Cancellation Policy
By booking our professional makeup services, you agree to the following terms: 1. Service Agreement- We offer professional makeup services tailored to individual client needs. We do not promise or guarantee any specific results, as outcomes may vary based on skin type, lighting, product response, and other factors. 2. Bookings and Payments Appointments are confirmed only upon advance payment. Full payment must be received before the service begins. 3. Client Responsibility Clients must disclose any allergies or skin sensitivities. Blush by Rishika is not responsible for any skin reactions, discomfort, or outcomes related to services provided. 4. No Legal Claims By using our services, you waive any right to make legal claims against Blush by Rishika or its representatives for dissatisfaction, results, delays, or perceived damages. 5. Media Release Photos or videos taken before, during, or after the service may be used for social media or promotional purposes unless explicitly declined in writing prior to the appointment. 6. Governing Law All bookings are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts. Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy We value your time and ours. Please read carefully before booking. 1. Cancellation & Refunds You may cancel your booking within 24 hours of making it for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 24 hours of booking — regardless of the service date. 2. Rescheduling Rescheduling is allowed only within 24 hours of booking. After 24 hours, no rescheduling is permitted. A new booking and payment will be required. 3. No-Shows & Late Arrivals If you are more than 1 hour late without prior notice, your session may be canceled without refund. No-shows are not eligible for refund or reschedule. 4. Force Majeure In the rare event of an emergency or uncontrollable circumstances on our end, we may offer a full refund or reschedule at our discretion. 5. Legal Jurisdiction All matters related to cancellations and refunds are governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
