Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

We value your time and ours. Please read carefully before booking.

 

1. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your booking within 24 hours of making it for a full refund.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 24 hours of booking — regardless of the service date.

 

2. Rescheduling

• Rescheduling is allowed only within 24 hours of booking.

• After 24 hours, no rescheduling is permitted. A new booking and payment will be required.

 

3. No-Shows & Late Arrivals

• If you are more than 1 hour late without prior notice, your session may be canceled without refund.

• No-shows are not eligible for refund or reschedule.

4. Force Majeure

In the rare event of an emergency or uncontrollable circumstances on our end, we may offer a full refund or reschedule at our discretion.

5. Legal Jurisdiction

All matters related to cancellations and refunds are governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
