2. Bookings and Payments

Appointments are confirmed only upon advance payment. Full payment must be received before the service begins.

 

3. Client Responsibility

Clients must disclose any allergies or skin sensitivities. Blush by Rishika is not responsible for any skin reactions, discomfort, or outcomes related to services provided.

 

4. No Legal Claims

By using our services, you waive any right to make legal claims against Blush by Rishika or its representatives for dissatisfaction, results, delays, or perceived damages.

 

5. Media Release

Photos or videos taken before, during, or after the service may be used for social media or promotional purposes unless explicitly declined in writing prior to the appointment.

 

6. Governing Law

All bookings are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
